User agreement
1. General provisions.
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the procedure and conditions for the provision of services by the site https://sign-ore.uno hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", and addressed to an individual who wishes to receive the services of the specified site (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".)
1.2. To begin receiving services, the participant explicitly, fully and unconditionally accepts all the conditions this Agreement, and if you do not agree with any condition of the agreement, the Organizer offers you to refuse to use its services.
1.3. The Organizer and the participant recognize the procedure and form of conclusion of this agreement as equivalent in legal force to an agreement concluded in writing.
1.4. Administration https://sign-ore.uno reserves the right to make any changes and additions to the User Agreement and on the website, without warning users.
2. Terms.
A game is an activity aimed at satisfying a person's needs for entertainment, pleasure, stress relief, as well as the development of certain skills and abilities in the form of free self-expression of a person that are not related to the achievement of utilitarian goals and bring joy in themselves.A playground is a hardware and software complex of physical devices and software located on the global Internet, designed for organizing leisure and recreation.PUNCH game, an online economic game "Virtual online Money" - a separate and unique name of the playground owned by the organizer and located at addresses on the Internet https://sign-ore.uno on which the Organizer provides services to the participant for the organization of his entertainment, leisure and recreation in the manner and on the terms set forth in this agreement.Game inventory is a conditional game unit for participation in the game, called the "GAMING RUBLE", the place of accounting and storage of which is the participant's gaming account in electronic form in the format of the PUNCH playground accounting system.Game account - the virtual account of the participant of the game, provided by the organizer to each participant on the playground to account for the game inventory "GAMING RUBLE".
3. Definitions.
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the organizer to the participant of services for the organization of leisure and recreation in the game PUNCH in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Such services, in particular, include the following: services for the purchase and sale of gaming equipment (GAMING RUBLE), keeping records of significant information: movements on the gaming account, providing measures for the identification and security of participants, developing software integrated into the playground and external applications, information and other services necessary for the organization games and services of the participant in its process at the organizer's site.
3.2. The game as a whole, as well as any of its elements or any associated external gaming application, are created exclusively for entertainment. The participant acknowledges that all activities in the game on the playground are entertainment for him. The participant agrees that, depending on the characteristics of his account, the degree of his participation in the game will be available to varying degrees.
3.3. The participant agrees that he is personally responsible for all actions performed with the game inventory (GAME RUBLE): purchase, sale, input and output, as well as for game actions on the playground: creation, purchase and sale, operations with all game elements and other game attributes and objects used for gameplay.
3.4. The Participant acknowledges that the degree and possibility of participating in entertainment on the Game server are the main qualities of the service provided to him.
4. Rights and obligations of the participant.
4.1.1. Only persons who have reached civil capacity under the legislation of their country of residence can take part in the game "PUNCH". All consequences of non-fulfillment of this condition are borne by the participant.
4.1.2. The degree and method of participation in the game are determined by the participant himself, but cannot contradict this Agreement and the rules of the playground.
4.1.3. The Participant is obliged to:
4.1.3.1. truthfully report information about yourself during registration and, at the first request of the Organizer, provide reliable data about your identity, allowing you to identify him as the owner of the account in the game;
4.1.3.2. not to use the game to perform any actions contrary to international law and the legislation of the Participant's country of residence;
4.1.3.3. not to use undocumented features (bugs) and errors of the game software and immediately inform the Organizer about them, as well as about the persons using these errors;
4.1.3.4. not to use external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the game;
4.1.3.5. not to use for advertising your affiliate link, as well as the resource containing it, mailing lists and other types of messages to persons who have not expressed consent to receive them (spam);
4.1.3.6. has no right to restrict the access of other participants or other persons to the Game, is obliged to respectfully and correctly treat the participants of the game, as well as the Organizer, his partners and employees, not to interfere with the work of the latter;
4.1.3.7. not to deceive the Organizer and participants of the game;
4.1.3.8. not to use profanity and insults in any form;
4.1.3.9. not to defame the actions of other players and the Administration;
4.1.3.10. not to threaten violence and physical violence to anyone;
4.1.3.11. not to distribute materials promoting rejection or hatred of any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;
4.1.3.12. not to advertise pornography, drugs and resources containing such information;
4.1.3.13. not to use actions, terminology or jargon to disguise the violation of the obligations of the participant;
4.1.3.14. independently take care of the necessary computer and other security measures, keep secret and not transfer to another person or another participant their identification data: login, account password, etc., prevent unauthorized access to the mailbox specified in the participant's account profile. The entire risk of adverse consequences of disclosure of these data is borne by the participant, since the participant agrees that the information security system of the playground excludes the transfer of the login, password and identification information of the participant's account to third parties;
4.1.3.15. independently bear personal responsibility for the conduct of their financial transactions and operations, the Organizer is not responsible for the financial actions performed between players on the transfer of game inventory and game currency, as well as other game attributes.
4.1.3.16. be the first to notify the organizer of your claims and complaints in writing via the Help page.
4.1.3.17. regularly independently get acquainted with the news of the game, as well as with changes in this Agreement and in the rules of the game on the playground. The user is obliged to CAREFULLY READ the User Agreement and the description of the functions and services of the project at least once a week (they may undergo changes and additions - see paragraph 1.5), since ignorance of the rules does not relieve the user of responsibility for their violation.
4.2 Rights and obligations of the organizer.
4.2.1. The Organizer is obliged to:
4.2.1.1. to ensure the participant's access to the playground and to participate in the game without charge. The participant independently pays for Internet access at his own expense and bears other expenses related to this action.
4.2.1.2. keep records of game inventory (GAME RUBLE) on the participant's game account.
4.2.1.3. regularly improve the hardware and software complex, but does not guarantee that the Game software does not contain errors, and the hardware part will not leave the operating parameters and will function smoothly.
4.2.1.4. Observe the confidentiality regime with respect to the participant's personal data in accordance with clause 6 of this agreement.
5. Guarantees and liability.
5.1. The Organizer does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted access to the playground and its services in the event of technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances, including: defective operation or non-functioning of Internet service providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of third parties. The organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the Game, regardless of the causes of such failures.
5.2 The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held responsible for the participant's losses that have arisen due to illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and databases of the game, or due to interruptions beyond the organizer's control, suspension or termination of communication channels and networks used to interact with the participant, and also illegal or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.
5.3. The Organizer is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use by the participant of information about the Game, the game rules and the Game itself and is not responsible for losses or other harm caused to the participant due to his unskilled actions and ignorance of the game rules or his errors in calculations;
5.4. The Participant agrees that he uses the playground of his own free will and at his own risk. The organizer does not give the participant any guarantee that he will benefit or benefit from participating in the game. The degree of participation in the Game is determined by the participant himself.
5.5. The organizer is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.

The entire risk of adverse consequences of disclosure of these data is borne by the participant, since the participant agrees that the information security system of the playground excludes the transfer of the login, password and identification information of the participant's account to third parties;
4.1.3.15. independently bear personal responsibility for the conduct of their financial transactions and operations, the Organizer is not responsible for the financial actions performed between players on the transfer of game inventory and game currency, as well as other game attributes.
